Rules, Privacy & Consent

You must be 18 or older to send a confession, and the person you're confessing to must be 18 or older too.
We won't call anyone we believe is under 18.

We're here for crushes, apologies, old secrets and things you never got to say. We won't call about anything that:

Reveals someone's sexual orientation, gender identity, health, pregnancy or immigration status
Accuses someone of a crime, or describes illegal activity
Threatens, harasses or stalks someone, or is meant to humiliate them
Could put someone in danger, such as telling a partner about an affair in a situation that could turn violent
Involves anyone under 18, or sexual content
Is spam, an ad, or clearly made up

Every confession is reviewed before any call. We can reject or shorten any confession at our discretion, with or without explanation.

You consent to Kev reading your confession on a livestream or recording, and to it being published on Kev's Confessions and its social media and video channels.
You stay anonymous unless you choose to be revealed. We never give your name, number or email to the person we call.
Only send a number you have a real reason to have, for someone who would recognize the confession. Don't send a stranger's or celebrity's number.
You can cancel any time before the call by contacting us.

At the start of every call, Kev tells you it's being recorded for Kev's Confessions. You can hang up at any time.
Your call only airs if you agree. If you say no or hang up, it isn't published.
Your phone number and last name are never shown or said on the show.
Your phone number is permanently deleted after the show, whether or not your call aired.
Don't want to be called? Add your number to our Don't Call list and we'll never call it.

Phone numbers are never shown publicly. Only Kev and anyone helping run the show can see them, and only to make the call.
What we collect: what you type into our forms (the confession, the first name and phone number of the person you're confessing to, and your optional name and contact info). We don't use tracking or ad cookies.
How we use it: only to review confessions, make calls, send you your clip or a payment link, and run the show.
Where it's stored: in a private Google Sheet that only Kev and anyone helping run the show can open. Our website is hosted by Netlify. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store your card number.
How long we keep it: phone numbers are deleted after the show. Rejected or cancelled confessions are deleted within 30 days.
We don't sell or share anyone's personal information. You can ask us to delete your data, or to tell you what we have, any time using the contact form.

Kev makes every call himself. Calls are never made by an AI or an AI voice.
We may use AI tools to help screen confessions against these rules, edit clips, write captions, and change a voice when someone asks for it.
We never use AI to clone someone's voice, or to make it look or sound like someone said something they didn't.

Sending a confession is always free. Priority spots (Front Row $7, VIP Treatment $17, Call Me First $27) are optional.
If you pick a priority spot, we'll send you a secure payment link. Your spot is locked in once it's paid.
Call dates are based on call volume and may change.

We may update these terms as the show grows. Major changes will be posted on this page.
